ok, so I got the file for the dds filetypes. but I didn't notice any dds files in the meshes. just psk's. what's a psk file? lol, sorry for the dumb question, just trying to get used to the file formats. where are dds files located? thanks again

sorry for the late reply, the dds file format is a choice you have when you export a texture file from unreal ed. It can be opened in Photoshop with the plugin. Then can be resaved in a format like .bmp etc. that can opened in Upaint and then exported back to Unreal. Roundabout way to do it but it works. I found all of the wire meshes in a download a while back at:

The wireframes are .tga which opens in photoshop. I like to open an exported texture of the same model/skin to compare to while I do my work on the wireframe. Hope this answers your question.

actually I think it does. thanks alot, I'm sure I'll post again if I have anymore questions lol pretty much I just needed the general info on gettin it into the game, finding the meshes, blah blah blah. only skinned for quake based games, so the unreal formats are confusing at first thanks for bein helpful
