You can put your binds in any file u want. It should be a cfg and have it executed. Mine are in my_radio.cfg and in autoexec.cfg I have exec /scripts/my_radio.cfg Works for me.

First off make sure the key you want to bind isnt already bound. Then go into your autoexec.cfg and type your bind in there:

bind i, "vsay_team Affirmative"

Something like that

Yea, CM, u can do that too, but I have in excess of 30 custom binds so I put them in their own file.

A very handy place you can set up nearly all your multiplayer stuff is located in a file called wolfconfig_mp. It is located just inside your RTCW folder, in a subfolder called OSP. Use wordpad, etc to open it.

You can turn on everything there, even the "lagometer" that shows a graph how your connection is in real time.

Looks like this......

seta cl_maxPing "800" seta m_filter "0" seta m_side "0.25" seta m_forward "0.25" seta m_yaw "0.022" seta m_pitch "0.022" seta r_inGameVideo "1" seta cg_wolfparticles "1" seta cg_autoswitch "0" seta cl_allowDownload "0" seta cl_freelook "1" seta cl_mouseAccel "0" seta sensitivity "13.687500" seta cl_run "1" seta cl_packetdup "1" seta cl_maxpackets "30" seta cl_pitchspeed "140"

bind CAPSLOCK "+speed" bind UPARROW "+forward" bind DOWNARROW "+back" bind LEFTARROW "+moveleft" bind RIGHTARROW "+moveright" bind ALT "+strafe" bind CTRL "+moveup" bind SHIFT "+movedown" bind DEL "weaponbank 6" bind PGDN "weaponbank 3" bind END "weaponbank 5" bind F1 "vote yes" bind F2 "vote no" bind F4 "+scores" bind F11 "screenshot" bind KP_INS "+reload" bind MOUSE1 "+attack" bind MOUSE2 "+sprint" bind MOUSE3 "weapalt" bind MWHEELDOWN "weapnext"

Functions you wish to run should have a "1" or use "0" to turn them off. (fps display, etc) Just don't go too crazy with the settings and screw up your RTCW. If it won't run after you change something, run it in Safe Mode and then reset all your settings that will work.

It works for me!

Jeff
