it's fairly simple to make your own UT2003 movies from gameplay... while playing, record a demo, fairly simple: bring down the console, then type "demorec" followed with whatever you would like the demo to be named. easy. um... I skipped something... you will need to go to and download and install that program. Don't run the prog while playing though. Only run it when you are ready to play the demo you recorded. So when done recording, quit ut2003, open fraps, open ut2003. now bring down the console and type "demoplay" followed with the name of your demo. once it starts playing hit F9 to start the recording, and then F9 again to stop the recording. (by right clicking, you can go into 3rd person view ) ... oh, you should also be in 640x480 game rez when recording (VERY important!)... the file made will be an AVI, and it will be around 2GB (yes, you read that right). ahhh.. but there is a way around this. Get another free program called "virtualdub", this proggie is totally kickass. with it you can convert that 2GB AVI, to a file around 30MB, using whatever codec you want (even DIVX, my favorite). With enough of these movies, you should be able to edit togeather a pretty whoopass clip. hmmm... this should be able to get you started... the directions I gave might make it seem harder than it actually is, I think you can handle it :D
