Hi all im just new to making maps for rtcw but i dont know how to test my maps could some one pls tell me how i can test my maps and 1 mre thing how do i make my map into a .pk3

I'm mapping for Wolfenstein: ET and this is how I'm testing my map (shortcut): "C:\Programme\Wolfenstein - Enemy Territory\mapping\ET.exe" +set sv_pure 0 +set developer 1 +set g_gametype 2 +devmap concept_ons +set g_scriptdebug 1 +set logfile 1

A pk3 is just a zip file that has been renamed.

The easiest way to try your map is to open Wolf, open the consol and then type \DEVMAP YOURMAPNAME

You'll probably need to do a "\SV_Pure 0" first or put all your files in a PK3 first.

For creating a .pk3 check: But first you have to compile your map: And as Queeg said, running your map with \set sv_pure 0 andn after that \devmap [mapname]
