Hello there!

I am looking for a level editing/building software. Is that available? Where can I get it?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

http://www.qeradiant.com/

download 1.2.1 then 1.2.6 1.2.7 1.2.8 1.2.9 and install ontop of each other in that order.

If your serious about mapping I would suggest the new q3map.

if you are just playing around then don't worry about it.

I am still having trouble finding it.

I have looked around the radiant site, and it did no good.

Could someone please tell me the exact name of the programs to download? I don't want to download a Quake software by mistake.

If someone have the patience to help me, please do. I am new at this...

Thanks...

ummm wellllll

there is only one file on the site I gave you that is 1.2.1 then 1.2.6-1.2.9

So, you should assume that you should download those files. right??

GTKRadiant supports Quake III, RTCW, JKII, and star trek......

So, its not like you have that many options to choose from. Haveing multi game support is a bonus as one of the best forums to learn mapping for the quake III engine is here.

This allows you to test things from on platform to another. This has solved many issues for RTCW for me and others.
