ok, I purchased a starbase - now how do I deliever it ?

ok for an example, u r playing a fed conquest. 2 deliver a strabase u have to b in a fed hex . or if u took over a planet in anuther hex... wot u have to do is take a stream of hexes that go from fed space to tha planet! then u can deliver... hope i helped:D

i figured it out - you have to be in a hex that is owned by your race. When you are on the hex you want to deliver the starbase too -- click the missions button =-> there will be a button to deliver the star base as a mission & you're done. -Thanks
