Well, I have the regular Return to Castle Wolfenstein. Is there a way to get all of the Game of the Year Wolfenstein files? P.S. Please dont say "get the GOTY version" That doesnt help at all.

If you know what they are, download them from one of the many RTCW fansites...I can name a few....

Goty is patched up to version 1.41 and some extra maps. Those can be downloaded too. Just search for the Goty mappack.
