That is a wierd one. I hope someone here can help you.... I would start by removing any skins you have and try then. If it works try adding them back slowly. Also, does it happen on the reccomended setting?

Hi,

Have had a very similar prob occaisionally, I suspect it is caused by a buggy map I downloaded, try removing any custom maps and textures from rtcw and see if that helps.

I had one map, I don't remember what the name was, but instead of muzzle flash I got a silly flag. Map is gone and so are the muzzle flags.

This happens to me on occasion w/ some maps (ie assault, tram). I just reboot wolf and it usually fixes that problem. It's been less frequent since I downloaded the 1.33 patch. I don't know why. I hope this helps.

It sounds like a graphic refresh problem to me, have you got the very latest vid card drivers? if so try some older ones. If not try the latest. Also as a temporary fix you could try Alt+enter to window the game and then alt+enter to fullscreen again this reloads the level bet keeps you in the game. Hope this helps:uhm:

Dont remember if I fix it before I rebooted my pc! But try setting everything to Default Settings!
