So in red forest, there's more artifacts on my veiles detector that don't pop up when I go by them, and there's a few instant-kill anomalies, like the river, and way too many invisible walls :( Then I get to agroprom, there's many more instant kill anomalies (Psi field, electric, burner + random?) None the less the map feels cut-out from what it used to be. How can you travel from Military Warehouses to Garbage w/o stopping at bar? WTF There's other areas where you pass through now missing areas... to get to so why did they remove them? pointless.

I didn't find the bulldog grenade launcher :( but after starting to use my GP Koyster and the NATO one in Leminsk... if it shoots just as DAMN SH1TTY then it doesn't matter.

Since when do M203's M209's only go maximum 30 feet? WTF? Where's a mod to fix this... I know its out there...

I expected Leminsk to be huge, but it is fricking so bad... its like I'm playing Half-Life2 again.... and I didn't buy that recently.... I bought Clear Skies linear bugfilled garbage. What a dissapointment. This game must suck balls without mods. I don't mind SoC without mods, but CS... is pretty bad. And where's the patch that was supposed to come out today?

ive found that the grenade launchers aside from the bulldog are bugged. when you bring up the iron sights for the nade launchers they dont fire like they are ment to.

What they are ment to do is fire the nade and it should land where smack bang in the middle of the screen.Ie where your cross hairs are pointed to thats where the nades should land when you go iron sights.

Thats how the bulldog works..and ive had alot of fun using the bulldog to effectivily grenade snipe hehe

The iron sights for grenade launcher attachments don't work properly. Hopefully someone can change the lines for them in the weapons files (w_ak74.ltx, w_l85.ltx, etc.) that use them so we can get proper iron sights back, like they had in SOC. I know which lines to change... gl_hud_offset_pos gl_hud_offset_rot gl_hud_offset_pos_16x9 gl_hud_offset_rot_16x9 ...but I don't understand how they work. Otherwise I would've done it myself already.

Bulldog launcher FTL. The integral grenade launcher on the Groza fires the same ammo & reloads faster + has a gun. Also...why are you even messing with grenades in Clear Sky??? They're all packed with cotton candy (except for the enemy's)

Bulldog FTW compared to many others.

Unlike SoC, I'm FORCED to reload the attachment launchers if I have more ammo, instead of quickly switching to the gun. The Bulldog fires grenades at a proper rate, even though its reloading is longer than in SoC. At least I can choose WHEN to reload.

Oh, and as for proper launch velocity. You'll find what you need for the gun attachment launchers at the very bottom of the Weapons.ltx (get it through the Data Unpacker if you dont have one yet). Both have their value set to -

"grenade_vel = 30 ;76" for some reason.

The number on the left is whats being used. The number on the right is the "old default" value. The " ; " is merely used as a separator. So remove the current value and change the velocity value to resemble -

"grenade_vel = 76 "

This should get the launchers back to their old SoC selves.

Dont forget to change this same value in the Groza & FN2000 weapon files. The value should be located in the same area as the hit_power.

The slow reload of the bulldog is perfectly fine considering you have 6 barrels of death. If you can't kill your target with 6 grenades IF you hit him directly then you have a problem. But if you hit NEAR him then it's a problem...

How can we add concussion effects to all the grenades. Sure the more expensive VOG and the F1 hand grenade provide more overall damage, but I think it's retarded how you have to be so dead accurate with grenade shots. Yet when a hand grenade goes off 15ft. from the player they take alot of damage, if not die in a single blast. Although I think it has been improved slightly in CS compaired to SOC. SOC was ridiculous. I could have Freedom or Duty armor on in SOC and just stand there and drop live grenades at my feet and live. WTF!

I have found 2 bulldogs, one came from the bandit barraskcs tunnel in Red Forest, I think I found the other in Limanks or the hospital, cant remember.

Anyway in the bandit barracks tunnel, down in the pit below the steel grates there is a bathroom filled with electros. I saw an artifact bouncing around in the back of the bathroom so I ran through with my finger nailing the medkit button and made it back there. While I was back there getting the artifact, the poltergeists threw the bulldog at me and it hit behind me and made a noise, or I would not have known it was there. Probably the poltergeists threw it somewhere where it did not light up with a name when you were near it. you may have noticed that weapons which land upright do not show up with a name while holding the find button.

You should also find another RG-6 launcher in ARMY WAREHOUSES too. Not in the same location it was in SOC, but there is one in that level to be found. Has anyone found an RPG-7 yet?
