Hey, is it true that camp fire starts when there is 3 ppl around it? If so i was in cordon rookie camp, i had Drift and Hound and the campfire, but suddenly they was dead and now the thing is, are the camps scripted or do i get some new random guys there?

How do i start campfire? I saw 3mans camp, 1 guy died, camp fire went away o_O
