I was talking to the shooting range guy and he got upset and decked me, then picked up my pistol.......A fully modded Kora with silencer.....I had to reload and gave up 20k in winnings.

If you try to talk to friendly with your gun out, they will hit you. It doesn't harm you but it will make your weapon fall to ground. Sometimes if it falls to close to an NPC, they grab it. This was done in SOC for some characters, but it's all too offen in this new CS. Watch where you point that thing :D

Pitty you can't beg, buy or steal them back... I assume its not in his backpack like the items bandits rob from you seem to vanish also...
