What is there available instead SoC's arena?
I know of the target shooting at the duty base, but I thought there were missions where you could shoot down birds etc?
Or is that the only gambling in CS?

The bird shooting one is at the bandit base IIRC

Doh, bandits are my sworn enemy lol, because I joined the STALKER group. Any way I can make them less hostile?

Duty has a shooting range :) You can enter for fun, or for a wager.
