Not that I know of, unfortunately. This was a problem in Shadow of Chernobyl too but I found that various mods fixed it one of two ways:

A: A script that places dropped weapons in their former owners' backpacks after death. (Zone Reclamation Project and mods that incorporate it)

B: NPC looting causes NPCs to seek out loose objects and steal them, NPCs would generally pick battlefields clean after a while. (Oblivion Lost 2.2)

I know of no mods that incorporate such solutions for Clear Sky. :(

I find that after a while, I get sick & tired of picking up weapons, looking for loot on victims when I have enough supplies. So, what I do is pick up what is laying around without unloading, put it back to the corpes, check the corpes to see if it has anything significant I might require and/or trigger in a scenerio & move on. You'll find later that everything is gone when you re-emerge through a portal, (supposedly).

Oh! and the corpes will provide you with more stashes that you may need later. Even though you've been to the same stash locations previously!

Also, some corpes are permanent. If you want to keep some items to retrieve on your return, put them there if you can't find a storage box. They shouldn't be raided, as far as I can recall!
