After, just removing 163MB worth of textures (they were slowing me down with the Extreme Graphics user.ltx) dropped my framerate loading all that stuffs... didn't really need most of it.
What size gamedata folders are you guys running Clear Skies off of?
Mine is still sitting at around 3gigs i believe, I dont really feel like going and deleting all that i dont need, because as soon as i do i might need it :). Makes no game improvements for me and having a 500gig harddrive also helps with the junk storage. hehe
:smokin: My gamedate folder is HUGE SON!! It's so big, it arrives in town 10 minutes ahead of me. It's so big, it only tips with 50 dollar bills. :dropsjaw:

It's pretty small but that new texture pack bumped it up to around 400 mb
In SOC I had some over 4 gigs but it got boring.
