i KNOW there are lots of mods on the Russian side of things, but gsc is down and i cant even google tranlate what they have i am looking for weapons accuracy like in OL2.2 amk sleeping bag (just like OL2.2) grenades far LESS accurate (not the rader guided heat seeking ones the NPCs have now)

it would not hurt to have many of the insides of building brighter. i dont use a flash light in my house i should not have to in stalker even with out electricity

any links would be great ( all for 1504 worldwide that is)

Last time I checked the GSC forums, there weren't any mods like that out yet. For accuracy, a quick fix is to go to configs/creatures/actor.ltx and change the dispersion_base (or something like that) line and replace the value with something lower.

Here's a mod request, anyone know how to keep the godbeams going throughout the day?

Yes, you need to look through the weather files (use database unpacker) located in \gamedata\config\environments\weathers\

You'll need to edit [Default].ltx

And then you have files specifically for each of the weather types (default_clear.ltx, default_rain.ltx etc etc).

Open up the files for the types of weather you want to change, and for each time entry look for this line:

sun_shafts_intensity = 0.000000

You can set a value between that and 1.000000. As a benchmark the sunrise and sunset sunshafts default value is 0.3. Just change the intensity as desired through the day. Remember your FPS will probably take a hit though ;)

Hope that helps.

Thanks, my FPS doesn't take much of a hit from them normally, and it is a neat visual affect. Though they kill my FPS in Crysis.

Okay, I'm going to cue up a few requests.

Anyone know how to make a trader mod actually work? I rigged one up on the barkeeps that caused a reliable CTD, and I tinkered slightly with the Freedom trader, but, no dice. I actually don't mind if it doesn't start off there, so long as the items kick in later.

Does anyone have a copy of the old (retail) resistances for the NPCs? Right now I NEED headshots or they do not go down.
