Hi folks...
I've got the 1.5.03 patch installed and everything seems ok. But when I unpack and copy over all of the gamedata files and enable this, I get "UI_" in front of all of the game menus. Also when in the game all the dialogs are messed up - they appear as some sort of index name rather than the actual text contained in them, so I can't tell what I'm actually saying to anyone!?
Does any kind soul have any clues as to what might be happening here?

got the same error...all the menu has ui_ in front of them and dialog texts are just codes

go to gamedata\configs and edit localization.ltx....change rus to eng......worked for me at least....found this myself after looking at my stalker soc files, hope it helps
