I beat almost the entire game without getting Strelok's stash and I am already in Prypriat so I decided to go back and get his stash just so I can get the true ending and get the decoder. But after completing it I didn't get the mission "Meet The Guide". What do I do?

I'm going to replay the game again for the 3rd time :P I completely screwed up this time around. Well atleast I get to play with ArsenOL this time so it should make the experience more interesting.
Don't forget an important requirement:
You have to rescue Mole and talk to him at the entrance to the Agroprom underground in order to get the mission to find Strelok's stash. This is a must!
If you search Ghost without this prerequisite, you still won't get the task to find Guide, even though you found Strelok's stash.
