1: On the quest to go in the tunnels to find the stash of the main guy you are supposed to kill the last objective is to escape the tunnels, well i did, i just went out the same way i went in but it still says that objective is not complete.

2: In the quest where the guy wants you to bring him a blind dogs tail for them to study (from the scientist guy), I brought him a dogs tail but he still wont take it. are the majority of dogs not blind dogs or something?

PS just a random question, finishing the game without joining either faction is just doing the quests to kill the guy that was in your PDA right?

1. You have to exit out of the end and trigger a "Boss" fight. go back in and hoof it towards the mission marker.

2. Two types of Dogs. Pseudo-Dogs and Blind Dogs. If the quest is for "Dog tail" it's a blind dog tail and it looks like a light-brown curled up tail. Pseudo-Dog tail is black and stretched out.

3. Not really. You don't have to join a faction, which is good since they are bugged. I'd tell you what you have to do to win, but it'd spoiler the whole story.

Well you may or may not have also been told about the military documents by the time you were sent on the Strelok stash quest. At that point of the game it makes sense to continue onward to the other end of the tunnel and come out at the military base to get the docs, taking care of two tasks in one trip. Just know that you'll either have to prepare with enough ammo or collect it as you go, which can be a bit tricky in the military base if you don't know where to take cover and use saves. I really hate that they made that tunnel entrance near Agroprom a level entrance/exit.

Spoiler: Show
It's OK on the above mentioned tasks, but later in the game you get sent back there just to go to Strelok's hideout and still get swarmed by the dang Bandits if you try and exit where you went in even if you clear the area of them first. It's also a bit tougher it seems the second time going through to the other exit so don't expect it to be the same. Note that you can take safe cover on the slanted broken vent duct right outside Strelok's stash if you get caught by surprise, it saved my butt that second time.

I think I already did that part because I kinda favored the random trader quests more than the strelok quests. It was the one north of the research center that you save mole at that had the docs on the third floor right? I've collected so many docs that i cant remember them all

@SineFato:

1. You have to come out of the exit that lets you into the Military Base (Agropom Research Facility); if you came out the way you came in, the quest won't count as complete.

2. You need a pseudodog tail. Pseudodogs are the bigger, meaner-looking dogs that snarl and leap at you. They're also a lot more aggressive than regular dogs.

3. No; factions do not affect endings.

Hopefully that clears up anything that ZanderArch hasn't.

PS. Yes, those docs.

PPS. @ZanderArch: You get both quests (Strelok's Stash and Agropom) if you talked to Fox, I think.

Wait, one question: Are you trying to sell them to him or are you using the "I'm here for the Job." dialog?

Also, Pseudodogs have a rounder, more human head. They are mean mothers and they leap. Makes them quite the hard enemy.

I was useing the "I'm here for the job." dialog and he wasn't takeing them so i just sold them and wetn out insearch of more. I've seen pseudodogs too. They where around when I came out of the tunnel. Mean lil (big) buggers.

Not that any of it matters, all my saved games somehow got corrupted and crashed the game whenever i tried to load so I had to restart the game. Oh well at least now I know.

The one that bugs me is the simple PDA flag that leaves a marker in the train car on the bridge directly above the military blockage. It is a pain in the ass to get to only to find out there is nothing there. Leaving some inventory in the pipe and then removing it removes the flag so I know something is supposed to be there.

That's a bug with all stashes; sometimes you get a marker even if there's no loot. Usually the stash you're talking about has a Thorn or two.
