I am currently working on a guide covering the entire game, this includes all the story missions as well as some miscellaneous info. I intend to take it a step farther and have refrencing screen shots for certain areas. If anyone would like to contribute any info or help gather info send me an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Here are what i hope to have in the guide
- COmplete walk through for normal game and with Faikes
- Strategy for enimies and also how to use the AI's actions to your advantage
- Maps with stash locations and also unique item locations
- Large section of player strtagies
- Screenshots of difficult areas and enimies
Some of the things i do need help with
- List of common glitches and fixes
- Methods for defeating enimies
- People who can get screen shots of various enimeis
- And if anyone would be willing to help check the grammer and edit the guide that would be cool
If none of that intrests you but you still want to help email me and I'll try to find something for you to help with. Since this is a guide by players i want anyone who aids in this project to have a say in how it is assembeld. Anyone who contributes gets constant rough copies for review and can suggest changes. This is in my opinion going to be a fairly large undertaking and I can not give a definite estimate for how long it will take to complete it thoguh im sure more than a few weeks.

I still remember a bunch of good tactics for all the monsters in the standard, vanilla, game. Quickly listing them: Rush and knife Controllers, they have no melee. Circle around and stab Snorks. Their turn speed is low. Animal attacks can be easily dealt with by retreating so they run straight towards you, then crouch and go for the easy head shot. Dogs can easily be lured into anomalies if you run around them fast enough. Not many mutants can hit you if you are on top of something fairly high. Zombies Stalkers are easily to use a knife on, just get close and stab.
All I can think of off the top of my head.
I have a video walk through of the agroprom tunnle if you would like. It goes pretty quickly as I'm using a cannon of a gun  to get through it fast so I could keep the file size at a minimum. So there's not much in the way of tactics or techniques involved there. But you are welcome to it if it would help.
My problem with Agro Underground is not getting through it but timing it so I get there when it's in the middle of the night and the Flash, Moonlight and Sparkler artifacts are birthed. Maybe it's because I don't do many side quests anymore but I usually get there too early the 1st time. I am finding now however, that if I check the tunnel with the electro anomalies during the 2nd trip in to see Doc, I often get there at the right time. Besides various level walkthroughs it might be a good idea for someone to come up with a rough outline of time management for the whole game detailing where you can fill in with side quests to add X amount of time to get to certain story mission places when the artifacts are ripe for the pickin. Even if it's a simple outline only mentioning a few areas that have good artfacts at specific times it may be detrimental to a noobie's end results. The places that come to mind for the above mentioned artifacts are Agro Underground, Wild Territory, the Train Station and the tunnel by the Journeyman at the Railrod Embankment. If anyone knows of any other artifacts that are time specific in their birthing and the places to find them, please elaborate.
