Since I am new to the forums and I did do a search in this thread, the blow out fix is confusing. Being military I am trained to do one thing well and it has nothing to do with computers so please forgive my ignorance.
I usually get one of those off colored blowouts much quicker than 5 minutes and they happen usually one right after another and I am wondering how you shut them off...I am not patched to 1.04, I still have 1.03 version of STALKER and your mod is the only one I really like so any help would be greatly and most respectfully appreciated.
I went and changed 183 to db.startstime = db.startstime + 420000 and I also did the line randomshake = math.random(1,8000).
I am wondering what else I can do to help with the blowouts. It is the only part of the mod I find completely annoying...
I am sorry if I am in the minority but my intent was not to offend, just looking for some help.

I did just after you said to do that. I opened it up and changed the db.script as such:
-- Use "yes" to turn on and "no" to turn off. -- after blowout spawn mutants? should leave this setting as "yes" to see more type of mutants. spawnblow = "no" -- after 1st blowout wave, do "blowout loop" every 20 minutes(good time) + random choice + mutant spawn blowavetime = 120 -- horror time, spawn mutants during night time. horrortime = "no" -- join others factions before finishing the game? (Military, Merc, Monolith, Bandit). joinfactions = "no" --[[ Leave as "no", so you can have the "normal gameplay" and complete any quest, then after you finish, you can go back to trader and ask him about joining factions. Freedom, Duty and Ecologist is on by default and you can repair Stalkers status. --]]

I appreciate your help and am crossing my fingers that it works....I do like how if you kill one of the freedom or duty guys the people in the barkeep area have no idea.....that always bugged me the first time as during the part where you are going to cross their outpost for the first time and they ask you for help in defeating some mutants, I accidentally killed one of them and had to kill them all. Then I got to the bar and they started shooting.
I guess the Verizon network is awesome even in STALKER...LOL.

when i used to play stalker with this mod, i would add a shitload of monsters...i had soo many monsters the game would almost lag out butwas still playable until i beat all the monsters or i was....raped
@ranger5171, blowavetime is set to 2 hours, you will only see after 2 hours.
For those who are curious about the "vaporware mode" :D, these are the last pictures i have uploaded: These are more recent. How long would you have stayed alive without the cheats?
probably 2 seconds, its not possible to run and gun like that, unless if you load nano suit and set max bullet proof , which you can see on picutres 5th, 6th and 7th, very similar to crysis nano suit menu, but the functions are very different, those pictures show both DNAS and SSAM control, but its a complex system, since you can not upgrade the nano suit, its already "dynamic on the fly", but each mode can affect others status, so its never a uber suit. Though on this video, even if i had the nano suit i would be in big problem, since there was both mutants and npcs, it looks like a chaos, but there are only 3 mutants there and one npc, i didnt kill the npc near the tank, but those hit from the mutant throwing fire and the others near me would sure kill me in 2-3 seconds. When i said "worse" it was not because some1 would play without cheating, but because there are many side effects while taking hit and loosing blood and since i wasnt loosing any blood, you didnt seen any of them. I have build a complex new system for food and healing stuffs, everything that you willl see there is a reason, even the "green flashlight" that you see in this video, its part of the "night tools", so in that situation loosing health, would be another problem, since medkits dont instantly heal, but there are drugs such as adrenaline that can boost up health, but it also have an overdose factor, so its a very different gameplay from the previous version. I also fixed the "problem" of some many weapons around, most weapons have a FFD(faction fingerprint detection) protection, so you cant use these weapons, but its possible to "upgrade" and remove protection, but if so, you waste money, its also possible to create unique weapons/suits through the upgrade system and many others stuffs that i already said and others that still unknow, i will upload it very soon.

thanks, its cool that you are impressed at this, but the info i released is so small, there are much more stuffs, that is why it took so much time for me to get it right. The previous version ABC 1.1 Inferno was already very big, this version is much more, like 10 times bigger or more, im not being cock, its just to show the amount of work i had to do, its not just about size, but quality stuffs that i was trying to make and that fits to my gameplay idea that i was trying to pull off since the previous version, also i realized that is impossible to make everything just in one mod, xray cant handle it, i had to cut out features, but most of my original idea is here. The point of so many stuffs its not to be the best mod or whatever, its to stay true with my original goal and get close to it as much as i can, which i believe i did and to stay away from others people work, the previous version was already very different, this one is just much more "weird" so, i must warn, this wont be a mod for everyone, the ideas on this new version are more "clear" due the gameplay features and closer to my original goal, so its also very different than the previous version. I believe i already talked about the NV system, all suits that have a helmet already have a nightvision system, so you see through the suit there is no need to make such thing, but there are also nightvision kit, so if you bu a kit and use it with a suit without helmet, then you will have someting limiting your vision, but if you buy it and use with a suit with helmet, then it will just replace it and you see the world by the suit helmet. Now about the hud, that is the default hud, but there are hud addons that you can choose.
