Is there any way to change a grenade launcher into a shotgun? In other words, an attachable shotgun on your main weapon. And along those same lines, could you make one that fired RPG's, so that you don't have to carry the rocket launcher as a weapon.

I dont think so, the Idea of having either shotguns fire grenades or grenade launchers fire shotgun shells has been kicked around a lot but I have never seen a mod for it... I tried several times just to get the 6 shot grenade launcher to fire a shotgun shell without succ3ess....

What about some kind of script, I noticed speed accomplished some amazing things in the ABC mod. On a related note, could you change bullets to be exploding? Like a small explosion, not just replacing 5.56 rounds to an rpg.

How about making a new type of grenade for the launchers and give it shotgun shells propeties? I have no experience with creating a new tipe of ammo but I think i'll try this one...

If i had to guess I would say the game considers the grenade launch and trajectory as one data and the explosion and damage as a separate data.

So, when you hit the V key, it calls up different parameters for that event. It makes sense. As soon as you hit the trigger it shows the flight first then calls up code for the explosion. IMO, you would have to call up the use of this attachment with another key (pick a free one) but you would have to code that event yourself using the parameters of the shotgun and tied into the gun action event code.
