Is there a mod to download or script I can edit that will make it so that my weapon will be allowed in the bar and the trader's office?

Open gamedata\scripts\bind_stalker.script Search for if weapon_hide and change the line to this: if self.object:is_talking() then

Nope, you just need the bind_stalker.script. You can extract that from vanilla gamedata files.

If you had OL it be on there automatically so you wouldnt have to touch a thing.

There are gamedata.db files. You can extract them with some tools. Also there are yellow pages that tell you which db contains the script file. linky

Or just copy the sr_no_weapon.script from OL2.2 as a standalone file.
