I always thought STALKER would be a game, where you are able to move around the map totally free and sometimes you meet a Stalker and decide to fight him or team up with him or something, i think this mod is a lot like my first impression of STALKER when i heard about it, I will be very happy to play it, but you should make a bigger map, WHEN you have the time, or as I mentioned on youtube, you should have Agroprom underground connecting Limansk and Pripyat. I hope that the thing you said about the Stalkers isnt true, jamie. there should be some stalkers on the map, like there is a 3 percent chance of spawning a Stalker on the map every day or somethin like that

oh, and the arena mod still seems to be broken FOR ME! everything works fine first, i install the mod, i start a game, i save, but then i can't load the saved game, it crashes :/

I again thought about the Level Size, and I am reading the GSC forum page of this mod too. So here is what i got: In Pripyat, you use some Basement that you can't go into, coz it's blocked, as a Levelchanger to the stairs in Agroprom Underground, through Agroprom Underground you can go to Limansk and to another part in Pripyat. you use the way to redforest in pripyat as a way to Rostok ( Wild Territory) and the way in rostok to Yantar could be used as a levelchanger to Armywarehouses.... Also you could use X18 somewhere in Priypat or Limansk (I don't know what limansk looks like) and use the X10 and X16 Labs somewhere in Rostok to make the map feel bigger, in Agroprom Underground should be a lot of Bloodsuckers, and Streloks base should be home of one or two Stalkers... some ideas for you, i just think the pripyat map is a bit small, maybe you could also use that multiplayer map in the ruined village if that is possible, hope you figure something out

Im doing all the leves atm so hang tight.

As for a release no idea its done when its done im after quality so im not rushing anything.

also i really urge everyone to read the GSC thread thats where the majority of updates about the mod are.

So recently i just finished this.

New Textures:

Actor, weapon, Enviroment and so on.

New Sounds:

Ambient, Mutants.

New/Edited Meshes:

Actor, Military and Misc.

So yeah all that plus just got a little thing to fix and activate which is the fog Eggchen kindly made for us which he build ontop of his PE3 so we also now have PE3 with the new fog included in the mod its all coming along very nicely.

Still alot of work to do and on my own nothing will go majorly fast especcialy since im also doing all that mapping at the same time etc.

Good to hear i completed CS not long after i got it and i never experianced any real problems that stopped me.

i think the feeling of clear sky is different than SoC, were new developers working on it??? i would like to have CS in the style of SoC, the PDA and such, nice vid btw, like the sounds

Maybe change the AI so stalkers don't die easily? But that's when you are playing Oblivion Lost in SoC... Seeing how in this mod, weapon damage are amped up, and zombies don't shoot at them, they "may" survive better than being in a full game with hostiles.

Stalkers will be rare so it dosent matter if they die its a chance for you to loot their food and stuff.

And why would i want to make them really strong that would ruin the realism IMO so all will be able to easily as will the player. :D
