well, its under testing period, i really dont want to release a buggy thing as i did before with the uhsf series ... my teammate kanyhalos is testing the game now. as soon as he is finished (3-4hrz later) im gonna upload the stuff (so tonight)

well, im fron Hungary, (gmt+1) so its 19:35 now... im goin out and grab a beer or 2-3 :) and as soon as i arrive home kanyhalos will be ready with the testing, and im gonna upload the stuff

Oh and are there any new weapons? Sorry for double post. I want to know because weapons always add character and stuff. Is the storyline still the same then, because you said that you see Wolf and kill the bandits with Petruah (spelling?) etc Still waiting with anticipation, Nzambi P.S ANTICIPATION.

well the storyline is the same (this is not the priboi story ... that will be an other mod i will release in next week) so everything is almost the same, but the story is open ended, you can go back from the NPP and you can sell your stuffs, and you can go back anytime you want. I removed the stancia1 blowout, so no need to hurry, and you can also explore the stancia2 from the ground (as in the old uhsf mod) . I also moved some level changers so you can explore some levels more as before... and cut out monsters and cars are added (moskvich too). Thats all.

Well the status is: ready Kanyhalos finished the testing Now i have to test the x16lab and 18 lab, and than, i will upload it to filefront and rapidshare (gonna paste the links here)

STALKER FREEPLAY STORY by dezowave

What's this?

This is the original Stalker - Shadow of Chernobyl game with some minor addons. First of all, the story is open ended, because we added a lot of level changers, so you can go back from Stancia to Pripyat and sell your goods, and do what you like. We added a lot of cars too, and the cut out monsters. We included a blowout mod and a co-op function. I think thats all for now.

Important!!! If you enter the last portal the zone will disappear, so you can't continue your game. I think it's the most realistic way... how could you continue the game if the zone disappears?

Features: - New main menu theme - Clean weather at Pripyat, Stancia1 and Stancia2 - You can go in the Stadium at Pripyat in the main gate - Some level changers were moved, so you can explore the levels a bit more (Bar, Rostok, Pripyat) - No blowout at Stancia1, so you can explore the level a bit more - No radiation and dead-zone at Stancia2, so you can explore the level from the ground - We added a lot of monsters and artefacts at Stancia2, so be prepared for a big fight (it will be real hard) - You can go back from Stancia2 to Monolith's Warlab, and Sarcophagus - From Sarcophagus, you can go back to Stancia1 - From Stancia1 you can go back to Pripyat! - There was a secret monolith base at Radar level, check the PDA for a level changer. From there you can go to X10, its an alternative route! - Added a lot of cut out monsters to every level - Added a lot of vehicles to almost every level (the Tractor is red, and you will also get the old forgotten Moskvich!) - Added co-op function, so you can hire npcs, and give them commands! - You can carry the explosive barrels, and other obejcts - New sound effects at Sarcofag (we used Neitrino's stuff, and added some extra) - BTR windows can be opened with "L" button - You can join the dolg faction (and also the freedomers but for that we don't need a mod, because it was possible in the vanilla game too)

How to install?

1. First you should edit the fsgame.ltx and at the gamedata line change both variables to true (one of them is already true)

2. Copy the content of the package to your Stalker gamedir (if you don't have a gamedata folder, don't worry, this mod will create it)

4. Start a new game, and enjoy!

You can enter the vehicles with "F" button

If you enter any vehicle first time, open console and add "bind turn_engine kb" ...and from now you can start the engines with button "b"

If you enter the BTR with "F" button, press the "L" button to open the windows

You can add TPS camera view by adding these lines to the console: "bind cam_1 kf1" "bind cam_2 kf2" "bind cam_3 kf3" (without quotes) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Team members: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------
