Hi I just downloaded on of the mods wherby you can use 3rd person as well. even before that I saw that whatever suit you wear it is not reflected on the look of your hands or 3rd person skin. Can this be fixed? Thanks, Gian

i have attempted to make the 3rd person skin an exo, by changing a line in the actor.ltx file, it said something like visuals= actors\hero\stalker_novice.ogf

i changed it to read: visuals=actors\hero\stalker_exo.ogf

but it didnt work, so im in the same sinking boat as you, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Simply remove the suit and re-equip it. That will make the suit show up.

Changing the first person hands would involve creating textures for each different suit skin, and then coding them so that they'd appear every time you changed suits.

In short, it is highly improbable that there is a way to make your hands look different in first-person (currently).
