I wanted to turn off Sleeping in OL 2.2. Can't seem to sleep in the NPP. I eat before, but when I wake I die! :bawl: I slept a BUNCH before I initiated the end game events. Wanted to turn off sleeping, or mod it for longer time between sleeping. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. :D

You can go some 30 hours before needing to sleep. How freaking long do ya need? Anyways yeah try to make sure you aren't over your backpack weight either when sleeping. This seems to ask you to eat more offen, in turn I seem to die more offen when trying to sleep if my backpack is over weight. Plus try eating and then sleeping 3 hours, eat then sleep another 3 (instead of 5 all at once). This seems to work best from what I've seen. Also it's a good idea to Quick-Save before sleeping, just incase you do die.
Open 'actors.ltx', found in gamedata\config\creatures, and search for 'satiety_v_sleep'. Change the value to 0.0, so it looks like this:
satiety_v_sleep = 0.0
Save and close the file, and that should stop you from dying of hunger while sleeping.
Cool! Thanks, Jarvis! I actually slept a total of 12 game hours ( in 3 hour incriments) prior to moving on to Cernobyl. However, I think I got bogged down because of being pinned by Monolith bastages. :lol: Hell difficulty can do that to ya I think. :cool: I do like the sleeping mod though....really adds character to the game....and is more realistic. :) The OL team really kicks arse!!! I hope they will have another kick butt plugin like they did for SoC for CS! Rock on!! :stallard:
