Hi..

All stuff is in *.db* files.. dbex_rel_en.exe is the extractor ogfviewer is.. an ogf viewer.. :) .. and all meshes are in gamedata/meshes folders

I suggest you download the 'japanese food' mod and see how it is done. Although I'm not sure of that but.. it may help you..

The 'japanese food' is what inspired me to try this. I just got back my external hd dang thing broke and it had all my unpacked db files. Im use to 2d vectors and this 3d is so mind blowing I think i found a new love. Thank you for all your advice Im sure ill be back asking for more.

there is an other problem. if you want to use the original rawdata modells from the sdk... you can not convert them back to ogf. or .... maybe something is buggy, but when you convert an object file back to ogf... you will get a ctd as soon as you spawn it to the game, with a "not enough textures for shaders" error msg :) any idea?

Pretty sure i got it to work...maybe. Mefinks i converted to .OBJ, opened in maya and just manipulated a single vertex then saved to an OBJ again. Opened ogf viewer and set it to save to OGF, and the game seemed to run. it was a little while back though so my memories hazy, i'll give it a try again now...

Ok, i am absolutely certain that at one stage i used ogf viewer to open an .obj and in the file name i just manually added .ogf to the end and saved. But now it wont seem to load .obj's for me... Can anyone else do it?
