ok i'm very new at this. i've been tick of at some gun mods they look better then the oraginal weapons but the models don't work the way they were made to look. so i wanted to fix the models so the clips reload, and the other parts of gun do what they should do. after a few hours of huting around i rend in to  milkshape 3d 1.7.0  and i can import the models, but i can't export them in to .glm . so is there another plug-in or maybe just a better model maker that can inport/export the .glm?

Did you actually export the gun from Milkshape 3D? Because I tried exporting it into MD3 then using the MD3View application with the tools to export it to GLM but then the gun wouldn't show in-game, the MD3 file is not attached to any other .gla (animation files) so the weapon doesn't show. Right now I exported it from Max using XSI, everything is good, but the GLM file doesn't seem to have materials, the XSI does I know for a fact because I tried importing it with PolyTrans and it did, so Carcass must mess up somewhere.
