I am haveing problems forceing people to download mods from my server, if they do not have allow downloads turned on when they try to join my server they will skip the download of the real damage mod i have running and join my serer. now if you know anything about real damage you would know that in order for it to work properly every one in the server must download it and be running it. i currently am running my server with sv_allowdownloads 1 , and sv_pure 1. i dont know what i can do to make people download the real damage mod or any other mod i run, or keep them from joining my game completely without the mod file's. PLS HELP!

you cant force people to download anything, and btw you dont need to post your question more then once.

yeah there (in theory) should be a way to, i don't know it though and have never heard of it. sorry. btw server-side only, means only the host server needs it. i dont play real damage much cuz i dont care for it, but i swear its server side only. :uhm: i've joined many real damage servers and i didn't download anything. maybe look for a different real damage mod (theres many out there to choose) or wait for someone with more computer smarts then me to reply. but are you sure its client-side? (everyone needs it)

Did you ever find an answer for this? as i want to do the same thing.

I was hoping to use PB's cvar monitoring.... but it seems that all it does. monitor, it wont autokick if an admin defined cvar is violated.

Strange..........
