Ok, I love SOF2, but i'm trying to make my own mod for me and some friends. I want to change up some of the values for the weapons on multiplayer and single player. I need to know what to do EXACTLY so i can change damage values, clip sizes, and other various things on the sof2.wpn

If You have any idea, PLEASE let me know. -{A-TEAM} niKKKa (leader)

well once you open and look at the sof2.wpn file its pretty striaght forward. It should show things like damage 40 clip size 12 If you see something like that that has a mp_ in front of it (mp_damage, mp_clipsize, etc.) that just means that the value shown after it will override the normal damage but only for multiplayer.

After you have changed everything u wanted zip it with winzip, make sure "hide extensions for known file types" is disabled if its unabled go to tools->folder options->view and take the check mark off the option. Rename your zipped file to user_WhatEvaUWant.pk3 (you should put the user in front or else it might not work in sp). Then place the file into the ur sof2 folder->base folder then it should work.

ok.......but still have some unanswered questions......do I zip up the whole update 102 folder or the new pk3 file i made? After that, explain more in depth how to zip up and place into base folder. I'm still kinda confused
