PvtPlatypusI think you mean "Frames Per Second" you cant adjust it ,it's just a readout of how well your graphics card and CPU are handling the game. youll notice it gets slower when theres heaps of movement onscreen. the only way to increase it is to upgrade your cpu,ram or graphics card preferably all of the above.
If his setting is capped at 95, he can raise it. (yes, if his hardware can accept the change) Best FPS setting is 125, anything above is overkill and anything below sux :)
