Hello oh smart and wise gamers...lol Well this is how it goes...First I got the KV Coalition Soundpack, and it will only work sometimes and I only go into the same server(s) and sometimes it works in them and others it doesnt. But all the servers Ive gone in the sound mod has worked, but then other times it doesnt. THis is really frustrating me...b/c now I like the sound mod so much when it works i cant stand playin without it. Please help, Ive reinstalled a million times, I believe ive tried everything..Help..

Ok My other question is, Is key bindings I know how to do them and just like the sound mod they work sometimes and other times they dont. And Im in the same servers where they worked before. Please help...all this is driving me crazy...The main bind I can not live without is the jump/crouch bind, it works and sometimes doesnt..ahhhhhhhhhhhh...

Ok thats it...I know what Im doing its just not being consistent b/c it works and other times it doesnt...

Ok thanks Breon

Hello, as for the sound pack, all I really know is, it doesn't work in pure servers and it does work in non-pure, maybe that server is just changing???

and as for the binds, I know that all your key's and all are stored in sof2mp.cfg, so what I recommend doing is setting up all your binds, and then typing in console /writeconfig binds.cfg (binds for a name is optional) and everytime you go onto sof2, type /exec binds.cfg in the console... and it should work!

the sof2.cfg keeps the binds for non-osp and Pb servers...if your playing on an osp or pb server then u also need to do those binds in the sof2mp.cfg file as well..for osp and pb..you can find both the cfg's for the osp and pb in thier folders under your main sof2 dictory.

there only 2 sof2mp.cfg files. 1 for non osp servers and 1 fot the osp servers and is located under the osp folder. theres no sof2mp.cfg for pb. pb is a anti-cheat software has nothing to do with the cfgs... also after u do the editing in the sof2mp.cfg files make sure u SAVE the file hehe... and after that dont try to change anything from the game options when u launch the game cuz its gonna mess the bindings... and another question what kinda jump script u use? i know for sure u dont have to do the same bind in both sof2mp.cfg's the high jump script is automatically added into the osp cfg also.

sof2 folder. go under base/mp folder located sof2mp.cfg open it using notepad and put that bind in there. make sure SHIFT key is not assigned to any other key, and save the file. 2. sof2 folder located osp folder. open it and do the same as above. make sure SHIFT key is not assigned to any other key funtction. save the file. there is no base.cfg file or folder. u dont need any cfg files in ur base folder.

Yup it worked thx a lot...Hey do you know how to get the letters in the game to be different colors. I see a lot of gamers that have these different colors and I was curious how this was achieved... Thanks again

open the osp folder. open the sof2mp.cfg thats in the osp folder. scroll down and locate ur name. ur name appears 2x. i cant remeber which 1 is for sure so just do the same on both. put ^7 or ^9 or any combo of ^# in the name or in between letters and same the file.. u got a color name.
