There is about a one second delay between the time I shoot the gun and the time the bullets hit their targets whether it be a wall or another player. Even when I stop shooting it still shoots a little bit. This makes it very difficult to hit players who move side to side. I have a cable modem with very low ping and I have a 64MB video driver and I have lowered all the graphics in the game. Any suggestions? Thanks

GF is my bext friend *hugs GF*

whats ur hd capacity and ur memory? u need atleast 256mb of memory... pc speed is also essential.. a 600mhz p3 will do fine. server location is important also. u can have good ping when u walk on ur own and no one is around u... and the ping can go way up when u meet someone else while u walk. that happens cuz the data r being transfered from both pc's and takes a lot of bandwith to get data at the same time as the same location in the map... check ur fps and c what u get.. for example... when i go alone... i get 80-90fps.. when im in fight fps drops to like 40-50.. still good. to check ur fps. drop the consolde down and type cg_drawFPS 1
