I want to set up a SOF2 server. I am behind a Eicon diva 2440 router and it has NAT.

I have no problems in joining games.

When I try and start server, all I get is the console trying to start it all up and it halts on the line :

sending heartbeat to sof.ravensoft.com

or something similar.

Do I have to set up any NAT static mappings to run as a server behind a NAT? Is it possible?

If it is will someone please help

Please please please......:D

did you open the ports?? look under the options for port forwarding you will need to open 20100-20110 this will allow incoming traffic. Your router also acts as a firewall this will disable those ports for communication.

There is one more question, how do i make the game circulate through the RMG maps? When I get the server running in RMG Random, it stays with the same map after each match..

anyone?

When you build a map cycle, you can choose a random map, then go to next map, and choose the different map you like, gametype, and weapon selection, clicking disable weapons will allow outfitting in the game, if you are running OSP there is an option for quick start this will need to be unchecked to cycle the maps.
