Hi, I have Soldier Of Fortune II: Gold Edition (Double Helix) and I have downloaded the WinRAR File for the Mandown Mod, but when I go to the Soldier Of Fortune Multiplayer Mod Menu, there are no Mods available....... What should I do? Thanks, HRBEK.

Make sure you extract the files into your sof2 game folder, it should then be accessable, you can also create a shortcut to place on your desktop.

Okay it appears now, but now there is a constant problem with some hunk thing. What is the latest Mandown Mod? Just in case that might be the problem....... And it says that the game has low memory........... Thanks, HRBEK.

Type /seta comm_hunkmegs 128 and reboot your game.

Most pro players like me like to set it at ~60-75% of their max RAM memory for optimal performance. I have it at 384 ^_^

lol to many "M's" m8 seta com_hunkmegs "128" or just open your sof2mp.cfg with notepad and look for the line. it will be set to 45. change it to 128 but you can only do this if you have at least 256mb of ram. and tbh nothing over 192 makes that much of a diffrence.

Lol, I have plenty of RAM left. How do you open it in Notepad by the way? Usually I would use Open With, but WinRAR gets rid of that........... Thanks, HRBEK.

my pleasure.;) ok to open your sof2mp.cfg with notepad. go in to your game directory should be something like this-- C:\Program Files\Soldier of Fortune II - Double Helix\mandown there you will see this file. sof2mp.cfg right click ans select open with. then select notepad. there you will see lines of code, scroll down until you see seta com_hunkmegs "45" change the 45 to 128 then save it. also may as well do the same to the sof2mp.cfg in your base\mp folder.

Mine seems to already be set to 128. There must be some other problem. There are certain forms of the game that don't work. For example Team Deathmatch, Demolition, and many others. A few work. It always says: "Memory Low. Switching to deferred mode.". Thanks, HRBEK.
