Ok, ive been playin Sof2 for about 3 months...playin about everyday..so im a pretty good player...anyway I wanted to know how to get a ping lower....In my clan i have a 120 ping and no lag watsoever...although on my friends computer on that server he has a 50 ping and things run smoother? I have DSL internet! I just wanted to know is ping produce by what kind of internet oyu have (cable, DSL, LAN etc) or the type of computer you have or your location! Thanks, Dead.a!m

All you stated above, ping depends on the server and your distance from it, also a good internet connection helps, and what comp you have. For better pings find a server close to where you are based..Have fun

Do you think a new video card would help it? I just run the card that came wit the computer right now (store bought so not a gaming card)

New vid card will help, as long as the onboard one can be switched off. 128meg vid card at least if you cpu will handle it ??

it will work but get the 128 instead of the 64. and i would actually save a bit more money and opt to get the 9600 card instead. at that point get the OMEGA drivers. it will also give you a couple tools to easily overclock your card. gaining you a bit more out of your card.
