Wondering if anyone knows how to make it so that when someone is downloading from our server in game...when there is a map change it doesn't stop their download? We are using Rocmod 2.1c. Have tried to set up a redirect to our website but I do not believe that it is working as it doesn't seem to be logging them in the web logs. Thanks

download redircting isnt possible with sof2 so i would abandon that idea. as for the rest if you make it a pure server then they need to download every map and mod that the server is using. so that should fix it
Yes our server is pure so that means they need to have all the maps on the server but when people in game are playing and they reach the score limit it goes to the next map in the mapcycle and disconnects the people who are currently downloading...wondering how to fix this so the people who are downloading will not be affected by the map change? Thanks
Disable server downloads, Put a link in your server info box (server.cfg) for clients to go and download what they need. Alternatively sv_pure 0.
