I haven't had an sof2 server for over a year, but isn't all of that covered in the OSP documentation that comes with the install? Just look at the readme file that came with the file.... it used to be all in there.

I think he means messages that appear every so often, not just when you connect or type /motd in console.. If the server is running PB try adding this commands

Pb_Sv_Task 10 300 "say ^7Message Here" Pb_Sv_Task 15 305 "say ^7Other Message Here"

That will have the same effect :) Not sure how to go about doing it in the mod itself though..

To turn it off just delete the lines :) And what values do you mean? Any commands can be used in the task that are serverside..

hmmm set g_messageEnabled "1" set g_messageStart "10" set g_messageInterval "30" set g_message1 "^1http://home.earthlink.net/~reverofblood/" set g_message2 "^1River of Blood Clan Server" set g_message3 "^1If you can read this you are too close" set g_message4 "^1Play clean, have fun. Dont shoot people facing walls" set g_message5 "^1to try out ask rowboat at rowboat410@hotmail.com" set g_message6 "^1http://home.earthlink.net/~reverofblood/" should be how its done. now problem is, this doesn't seem to work for me lol, but according to rocmod publications that's how its done
