With full violence it is a bit border line, you can however reduce the effects during setup, normal single player will be fine then, no foul languge so they will enjoy it.

Multiplayer options is vastly different, all kinds of mods can be used and playing with real humans the text languge can and will be of the adult nature.

dont deprive the poor kid of one of the best fps games(in my opinion) out. Like Sir Paul said only on mp will you find some adult content.

Some adult content ? be truthfull. If they enter a server, you have no control over what they hear then or see typed by other individuals. It is a great game. There are clean servers out there. but they are hard to find. We encourage people to be a bit more repsectfull. Our youngest member is , well lets just say we have a father/son team in our clan ...and dad is young.
