go into your registry and delete ravens entries. i wish i had my pc so i could show you exactly what it looks like, but just look around for it. i dont know, but a complete uninstallation may work to get rid of them as well... just use autorun when you put in the sof cd and click uninstall. i think that deletes the regirstry entries, but im not sure if that includes the parental lock or not... good luck
