Hi, forgive me but I am new at this and need advice, I have managed to create a black hole that can be built and move like a ship, but the problem I am having is equipping it with a warp cover overload special weapon and having it keep its gravity well, the result I am hopping for is a black hole that can disable passing ships and destroy them in the only way a normal black hole can, any advice will be welcome, thanks

Hey, welcome to the forums. A sentient, predatory black hole that uses the warp core overload to eat ships? I love that idea. However, it'll only work if the weapon has a hardpoint to work from, and the stock black hole is NOT a hardpointed model. This is the reason the black hole isn't currently doing what you'd like for it to do.
Having just looked at the model, try this (and I make no promises that it'll actually work) in the black hole's .ODF entry:
//Warp Core Overload weapon1 = "gwcover" weaponHardpoints1 = "geometry"
Try that. It's the closest thing to a hardpoint on the model, and if it doesn't work, I'm afraid you may be out of luck.

or try root if geometry dsnt work root is also a good point to use normally
