well, i downloaded a texture for sta2 (cutting beam) and put into the weapons.spr the right entry: # Cube cutting beam 1 wcbeam1 wcbeam1 0 0 128 64 @anim=tex1x4
# Cube cutting beam 2 wcbeam2 wcbeam2 0 0 256 42 @anim=tex1x6
and then added the texture as a sprite to the weapons odf file:
(for example bbphaso.odf)
//The sprite which is used for this ordinance Sprite = "wcbeam1"
//Phaser specific: this is the thickness of the beam Radius = 12.0
but now the game crashes when my borg interceptor tries to shoot. what did i do wrong, does sta2 create a log file with an error msg?
Where did you find that cutting beam? I looked everywhere :rolleyes: , but i can't find it. :clueless:
