Forget the Omega Class, the Thunderbolt Starfuy, Nightwatch, the Shadows and President Clark. Here comes a menace that rocked through the League of Non-Aligned Worlds and brought havoc to many people's lifes. The Dilgar were a seclusionist race, that in the 2220's began assault League territories, mainly against the Drazi, and then started and all-out invasion of the League. Their power was nearly unbeaten, their ships seemed to be invincible to the small forces of the League worlds. Only one power in our part of the galaxy was able to stop and push back the Dilgar menace: the military effectiveness and strength of the Earth Alliance! Babylon 5: Age Of Expansion is about these events, namely the Dilgar War, that brought the Earth Alliance to a known power in our part of the galaxy. This mod for ST Armada II is focusing on the singer player campaign and replacing the Federation, Klingon and Borg campaigns with authentic campaigns from the Babylon 5 universe. Hereby the Federation Campaing will be replaced by the aggressive Dilgar campaign, the Klingons will leave their place in the campaign menue to the Drazi and the Borg campaign will be converted to the Earth Alliance one. Features of this mod: -6 classes of weapons -Offensive/defensive ship systems -Drazi as own full playable race -Many League races as NPCs for the campaign, as well as Centauri and Narn NPC ships -High quality models -Earthforce as own military branch -Earth Alliance civilians as own NPC -Dilgar as playble race! -Campaigns! Now this mod is in a semi-planning stage. I already build models for it, but many things are still open to decision. This mod will fully start as soon as Parallels is finished and realeased. And for this mod I really could need some help. 1. I need a modeller who's doing ships and stations of the Dilgar Empire and a few League powers. 2. Someone very creative who could work out some new (old) designs for the League powers and other races is also appreciated. 3. Anyone with AI knowledge is very welcomed. 4. Weapon textures are a further topic I need the help of someone. Well, Im pretty busy:Pc: .So I cant really be of help to you EAS, but a I can do some voice reacting etc here and there when you need it. So to sumise this, this a mod that will have star trek races along with those of Babylon 5. Is that pretty much right?

Negative, this TC won't have ANY Trek elements left, it is totally Babylon 5. One of my goals is tu surpass the B5A2 ships and stations and environment to a much better one.

Intrepid, I am not sure if I mentioned this over at MSFC in the Parallels section but I am teaching myself to make/edit the AI's and I will be doing the AI's of the Parallels mod, so I will be able to give you a hand with the AI for B5:AOE too.

Also I am doing the GUI's for Parallels and Federations, so if you require assistance there I can help in that aspect of the mod too. That also goes for music files, you have seen my work at MSFC so you know what I am capable of.

I think since this mod is like that of Parallels, you should ask the people on your team to join your Babylon project once Parallels is finished. Im sure they'll be happy to:D. Weapon tex's are fairly easy, once my mod is complete I may be able to assist with those, but Im sure theres some modders free out there. So ask around buddy:p

Majestic for example is already in the team and the EA from Parallels and from AoE is quite similar in some weapon textures, but there are also other races as the Drazi or Dilgar...

BUT the mod has all time it needs. It will get on full burn as soon as Parallels is released.

I have a new Hyperion model underway. Stay tuned for it!

Thats correct, I offered Intrepid assistance pretty much off the mark when he told me he was creating a B5 mod, I then offered it again yesterday.

Many EA models in Parallels will be in B5AOE, due to a few reasons, the major one is they are being made by the same person, the other reason is why double handle things, when you can just make the one model.
