Hy everyone. Can anyone pls tell me why won't this weapon fire bursts?

Hello: Normally, this will not burst fire from the start, the first shot your ship will give will always be single, but if you wait a couple of seconds (or your ship next attack) it will make burst fire :D. I made it with my Sovereign class. I wish there could be a way to make it burst fire from the start :(
The problem is that it doesn't fire bursts at all. Not at the first shot nor at the following :(
The torpedo has a 30 degree fire arc. Thats not that big and the targets probable moving out of arc befor all the shots get off.
Just to get an idea as to what the problem actually is, how often is it firing?
Once every 10 seconds or once every 0.75 seconds? Or some other amount?
Also, can someone confirm if savefire works with photons? I dont have WWBBoM handy at the moment.
Add in: classLabel = "cannon"
Should do the trick.
