Ok after long thought i went ahead and revamped my shadow class which was released on the site some time ago. I have tweaked the model slightly and gave it a new texture. Tell me what ya think!

I agree with the other comments, the textures and the background look really good.
Oooh, reminds me of the X-Ship designs from SFC II OP. Very "Lost Era" although thats probably not what your going for, still, looks very nice, a massive improvement over stock.

the background is standard resoulution, its gonna be in DoW. the good thing about the shadow is also that it is half the poly count of the original as well. and you cant even tell it.
The texture is superb but the model does look low poly and under detailed, while the texture offsets this to a large degree, I think you might have been too poly concious when you did this. While keeping polys down is good, I find a little poly increase for a big quality increase is always worth it.

I like it! I like the other DoW Shadow too. That's the one I use in my game as a replacement for the stock Shadow. This one reminds me of an AC-130H Spectre Gunship, a US Air Force Special Operations aircraft, which is capable of all sorts of ninja-like, knife-fight-in-a-phone-booth type missions where regular aircraft just cannot be used for various reasons. If the effect you were going for was a 'we strike from the darkness' look, I'd say you got it bang on. This one will replace your other fine work just as soon as you make it available.
