Hello no good news for you guys, but i decided to not finishing this mod, cause i have not much time to work on further, most of my weapons modding don't work and it seems that there is not much interrest for it in the community and there are many better looking and more high poly models available than mine.

I undesrstand the thing with not enough time. And maybe you havent the intests in it anymore, because working on one project can be very boring, i know that^^ But I was always a fan of your quality work. You do great textures and good models. Maybe not as high poly as others, but you cant create a full conversion with high poly ships, because armada2 cant handle it. I think that the a2 comunity loses a great mod when you stop it. So if you have the time, you should think again.

I hope that several models from this aborted mod will be available in the near future. From my part I like the Klingon D-6 battlecruiser.

Hey bud, nice to see you're still around too. As for the time and difficulties, I understand where your coming from. As for the high poly models and what not, that should not be a concern for you. I'm a believer that sometimes it's easier to make a high poly model than to make a low poly model. I myself try not to go above 2000 polygons on ships, just for the sake of maintaining smooth gameplay, cant really get in that close in Armada II anyway right? Anywho, i'm sure everyone in the community hopes you change your mind, perhaps a short layoff from the mod and you'll be come interested again?

Listen, put together a small release (a teaser pack) and watch 'em start talking about your mod again. Part of the results other mods get comes from simple publicity. This mod's been "no news" for a while, so it's disappointing to see things go this route.

:ditto: If you've already made a decent amount of stuff, you might as well share it, least it go to waste otherwise.

I think it is impossible to make a mod alone. Another way exists : there is a lot of people who may help you making missing stuff. I think a total conversion is like another entire game and needs an entire staff to make it work.

Another thought, would be to join / merge with an existing team, preferably a TOS/TMP one?

I'd love to work as part of a team, unfortunately I am as reliable as the British weather.
