I am trying to mod the repair team special weapon origonally on the Nebula class so that it will only fix life support 100% and leave all other systems the way they are. If I can get the weapon to only fix life support then it will go on my Pulsar Class ship when I release it.
After taking a look at the odf files for the federation repair team, I'm not sure if you can modify what it repairs. I think that may be controlled by the classlabel, rather than anything I could see in the ordinance file. But I could, of course, be wrong.
Yeah after doing some looking the only thing it looks like I can change is the amount of shields that would get repaired. But I hope we both are wrong about that.
What about modding a poleron torpedeo ordinance file? would it be possible to input negative numbers and have the torpedo repair a system?

You should beable to do exactly that. If you wanted to, you could make a standard weapon, or a special weapon that deals damage, heal the target ship. Eg, the Repair ship could be rigged with a multi-target phaser beam that targets allies only. This means it could heal multiple ships at the same time :)
I looked at the poleron torp and couldn't find out why it does what it does, so that may be a dead end, But I'll keep trying.
