I've just discovered my old mod files on an old backup HDD, and thought I'd play around with Armada II again (and realising how awesome my mod is :p).
But does anyone have a utility for viewing hp's of the .sod files? I know the Storm 3D viewer for Armada 1 did this, but the one for Armada 2 was a useless pile of junk. I've downloaded some nice new sods from Armada2files, but the makers didn't include a HP map. I'm a stickler for accuracy in these things; can't have a photon torpedo emerging from the bridge...
I remember back in the day some modders built a programme for viewing the model files of various Trek games (I'm pretty sure it worked with BC too), but I can't find it anywhere.
CV cand sods but its not very user friendly on the adding and moving of hps
I'm not bothered about moving or creating them, I just want to know where they are on existing sods.
CV is perfect for that.
Thanks. Got a link for that? I'm not sure what you mean.
I'd also like to know what CV means and where I could possibly get it.
CV Tool is the name, but I don't know where I got it in the past. It's not perfect BTW, sometimes the mesh is fallen apart and you can't do anything about it.
People have been requesting for months to get access to the tool, but so far as I know, no sharing has resulted  . With all the links to it seemingly dead, and the download links on this site to it dead, the only way it's going to be passed on is from person to person...
Then here is a new link! I just uploaded it, so you can get it. Download CV.zip, upload your files and earn money.
Remember! All credits goes to the authors, I only made it available for you.
