Hello, I have been useing you mods ( Borg incursion, BI2, and BI3 Fed side ) for some time now and I haven't seen your other BI3 sides anywhere ... I would REALLY love to have them .. if you can send a link, or inform me on what is situation about them tht would be great ! :bows: ~ Nitro ~ :bows:

Unfortunately BI3 no longer exists in my mind. It was scrapped a couple of months ago due to some really bad problems with the AI build trees. With this in mind I've decided to rebuild BI3 from the ground up. It is being repackaged and renamed as BORG:Incursion - Vital Responses (sort of a continuation of the Counterstrike addon for BI2). I'm hoping to completely emmerse BI:VR into the single player so it might enhance the replay value of the single player missions (this does not mean that the SP missions are being remade or new ones being made). There is also likely to be a few special maps with some surprises on them. Current status of the mod is as follows:

- Federation side: Models converted to SOD, all other work to be undertaken. - Borg side: Models converted to SOD, all other work to be undertaken. - Cardassian side: Models converted to SOD, all other work to be undertaken. - Klingon side: Models converted to SOD, all other work to be undertaken. - Species 8472: Next up for model conversions. - Romulan side: Last side for model conversion.

Once all the models have been converted ready I'll make ready the ODF's and other files I'll be needing. Full testing of the complete mod will then take place with such things as additional maps, AIP and single player missions testing will take place.

Be warned though that theres a good possibility that practically all the special weapons will be removed (this may also include the species 8472 planet destroyer beam weapon as the bioships take longer than necessary to get into correct alignment before firing. Its for this reason that the fusion special was removed from BI2). Admittadly this is likely to be disappointing to a few but remember. I'm building this mod with focus on ship combat (with a specialised research tree) more than special weapons.

I haven't yet decided what specials will remain in the game. It'll most likely be those which are most useful to the game, and also those more likely to be used.

don't forget tractor beams. I'm still trying to work the kinks out of that stupid fed holding beam of mine, by the way.

practicably every federation ship carries a tractor beam so you can expect them to use it.
