does someone here know, which of the files related to the assault ship, have the info in to beam the boarding marines over to the target after the shields are down?? I want all pirates ships to do that boarding but i don't want them all classified as assault vessels.

well you could use the ODF tags to redefine them as battleships, cruisers etc. in the admiral's log... and you can give each ship the physics appropriate to it's class
I thank all you need to do is give them all assailt transporter tag. assault = 1 Put this in the context sensitive menu part of the odf.

No problem. If it does work think about puting it on alot of Klingon ships too. Nothing better than killing your enemies with a Batleth.:D
it works, need to change it a bit if possible as its going to fast to get a ship boarded.

terra, what exactly did you change and how does the odf line look now? maybe you could copy an odf in here? I would like to use that in my klings and borg too.

Yes that does have a tendency to make the AI go a little cookie and try to board ALL the time. Not sure if there is a way to alter the assault transport command though.
Would it be possible to place a delay on this? To keep the AI from trying boarding actions all the time? The thought of an AI-controlled TFC be able to heave to, lay alongside a StarBase and beam boarding parties to the base and all ships in range simultaneously is intriguing.
